Kris has been at Shaker since 2003, and brings 15 years of creative/marketing/branding experience to the team. In her role at the agency, she oversees the Creative Services function, including the departments of Copywriting, Graphic Design, Interactive, Production/Proofreading and Marketing. She ensures the best training and development of our creative professionals, and secures the most efficient and effective processes for delivering appropriate and compelling branded creative for our clients.

At Shaker, she originally served as Director of Marketing Services, overseeing Shaker's brand strategy as well as managing the creative/brand strategies for Shaker clients. In her current role, she continues to interface, not only with client contacts in Human Resources, but also with clients’ marketing and corporate communications representatives to ensure that the communication strategies we develop for the employment space are well aligned with each client's business and organizational objectives.  Kris has overseen employment brand development, employee communications and innovative creative strategies for clients such as CB Richard Ellis, Google, Kohl’s, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, sanofi-aventis, Hospira, Smith & Nephew, J.B. Hunt, Ameriprise Financial, Unisys, Sara Lee, and Vonage, among others.  Kris has a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Notre Dame.
