Chris serves as the Director of Business Strategy for Shaker’s Integrated Media Services (IMS) Department. He works in conjunction with the Shaker Client Service team to present and position online and emerging media solutions to help organizations recruit more right-fit candidates. He has extensive knowledge of the Internet, outstanding research abilities and a customer-focused consultative approach. Chris has created comprehensive online strategies for several of the agency's largest clients including Target, Walgreens, CB Richard Ellis, Career Education Corporation, Jones Lang LaSalle, and University of Chicago Hospitals, among others.
Over the course of his 10 years in the recruitment advertising industry, Chris has become an expert in media planning, negotiation and implementation. Prior to joining Shaker in 2002, he worked at the Chicago Tribune where he put together integrated recruitment advertising campaigns. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri.
